1. How much does Cinema Club cost?  

$29.99 + tax a month

2. What is included in the monthly fee of $29.99 + tax?

Up to 3 movies a week. A week is considered every 7 days from the date of purchase. If you do not use your 3 movies in a week, they do not carry over. 

3. What is NOT included in the Cinema Club Subscription program?

Special Events like Rocky Horror Picture Show, Academy Awards Watch Party, Fathom Events, WWE Live, UFC Live, etc.

 

4. Can you use your Cinema Club Subscription at either location?

Yes! The Cinema Club subscription program is valid at both Prytania Theatre locations! Uptown Prytania Theatre, 5339 Prytania St, NOLA and Prytania Theatres at Canal Place, 333 Canal St, NOLA.

 

5. Can I share my subscription?

No. the subscription program is valid for one guest only. You must show ID when purchasing or redeeming online tickets. Misuse of the subscription program will result in cancellation.

 

6. Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel and re-activate your subscription at any time in you online account.

 

7. Can I reserve tickets online?

Yes, please see the step-by-step instructions below!

1. Head to ThePrytania.com and login to your account
2. Select the location where you would like to see a movie in the top left corner
3. Find the movie, date and showtime you would like to come to and select
4. Add a ticket to your cart
5. Select the ticket from the drop down menu to redeem your subscription ticket and click 'Continue' 
6. Complete the transaction with $0 cost
7. Reservation email will show in your account and be emailed to you

8.  What happens if I do not use a ticket I reserved?

You will lose that ticket if you do not call the theatre and cancel your ticket in advance.

 

9. Can I purchase a ticket at the theatre?

Yes, just let the emplopyee know you are a member and will be using a ticket redemption at the begining of your transaction. You will need to scan your account QR code or give you name and provide an ID matching the name on the subscription.

 

Exclusions apply, special engagements not included. Subscriptions are valid for the named customer only and are non-transferable. Misuse for the subscription program will result in cancellation.
